Art Deco Skysraper in New York
The Chrysler Building is a skyscraper in the style of Art-Deco, that can be found in Manhattan, New York City. It is 318.9m (1,046ft) high and was the world's tallest building for 11 months before the Empire State Building was built in 1931. However, it's still the tallest brick building in the world with a steel framework. This building was built by Walter Chrysler who is the head of the Chrysler Corporation and was the company's headquarters for twenty years from 1930-mid 1950s. The top 77th floor is 274m (899ft) high.
